COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota is soliciting proposals from qualified planning and multidisciplinary consulting teams to assist with the preparation, engagement, and adoption of a city-wide update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan with a planning horizon to the year 2050.The full RFP is available on the City’s website .
