Description - FINAL BID New construction of 35 single family townhome buildings. Each building is comprised of a repeating module that is separated by 2-hour firewalls at either side. The unit A & B modules each house a 1 dwelling unit with 2 individual parking for each unit.
A pre-bid/site visit will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 2pm. Parking available in the vacant lot at the corner of 5th & Holmes (700-708 E. 5th Street). Prebid will be held outdoors at the project site. Attendance is highly encouraged.
Certified WBE (15%) & MBE (15%) goals apply. This project is seeking Sales Tax Exemption. All Sales Tax shall be broken out as an Add Alternative. Prevailing wage rates will be required on SITEWORK ONLY (Jackson County Wage Order No. 32). See Straub Scope Narrative for more clarification. Subcontractors will need to hold pricing for 90 days after bid submission.
