Description

This amendment cancels Solicitation 36C256Q1193 for BD Site Rite (brand name or equal). The Government’s

requirement has materially changed with respect to quantity, affecting competition, and funds are not presently availabl

available to proceed. Pursuant to FAR 15.206(e) (material changes) and the funding policy at FAR 32.702, the

solicitation is cancelled. The Government intends to resolicit when requirements and appropriated funds are firm,

anticipated in FY27.





No proposals/quotes are requested or will be accepted under this cancelled solicitation. Future opportunities will be

publicized in SAM.gov consistent with FAR Part 5.
