Clean out and plug four (4) abandoned gas wells, estimated to be 1,500 to 4,800 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Royal Highlands Park, 40.444473, -79.702353, 3740 Gun Club Road, Murrysville, PA. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
