The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug two (2) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 3,000-6,000 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for September 23,2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at the entrance of EQT’s Good Well Pad, 39.99039277, -80.1700023, 374 Craynes Run Road, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania 15370. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
