The purpose of this 2 May 2025 update 0005 to the posting is to inform industry that the proposal submission deadline will be extended from 12 May 2025 to 19 May 2025. Additionally, the Government will be posting Solicitation Amendment 0003, the updated Attachment (1) PWS, the updated Attachment L-2 Pricing Document, and additional responses to industry questions on Monday, 5 May 2025. **** The purpose of this 25 April 2025 update 0004 to the posting is to provide Solicitation Amendment 0002 and all attachments. Additionally, final updated technical library documents will be provided in accordance with the Government?s responses to industry questions of 17 April 2025. Additionally, the Government is considering an extension to the proposal submission deadline and if approved, an Amendment to the solicitation will be posted next week. **** The purpose of this 17 April 2025 amendment 0003 to the posting is to provide Government responses to industry questions. The Government intends to release the final PWS incorporating the changes described in the attached responses and Solicitation Amendment 0002 the week of 21 April 2025. Additionally, final Attachments and updated technical library documents will be provided in accordance with the Government?s responses to industry questions. Please continue to monitor the site for these updates. **** The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to the posting is to extend the proposal submission deadline from 28 April 2025 to 12 May 2025 and provide the Solicitation Amendment N0001925R0003-0001 and the conformed solicitation. The Government intends to provide responses to industry questions within the week. **** The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to the posting is to update the formal RFP release of 14 March 2025 to add Attachment (1), Appendix (J), Preferred Parts List, that was inadvertently omitted in the initial posting. Please note that two parts (identified by blue text) have been added to the list since the draft RFP posting. Additionally, the Government requests that all requests for technical library documents be submitted by Monday, 31 March 2025. **** This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) follows the prior N0001925R0003 sources sought posting of 29 April 2024, the pre-solicitation notice of 27 June 2024, and the draft RFP release of 18 September 2024 ? The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on behalf of the Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207), hereby announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis a single source Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for C-40A Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services in support of the seventeen (17) United States Navy (USN) aircraft and the two (2) United States Marine Corps (USMC) aircraft. Technical Library Documents. Interested parties may request access to technical library documents via email to both points of contact provided herein. Government documents will be provided upon request. Proprietary documents will be provided in accordance with the process outlined in Section L of the Solicitation. Deadline for Industry Questions. Interested parties may submit questions using the Enclosure (1), Industry Worksheet, Excel file no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 31 March 2025 to ensure Government responses are provided. The Government cannot guarantee any subsequent questions will be addressed. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure timely Government receipt. The Government is not responsible for responses to questions for which the Offeror did not receive submission confirmation from the Government. Proposal Deadline. Due to the current world circumstances and working environment, the Government has determined an extended proposal development period to be appropriate. In light of this, the anticipated and previously published 30-day preparation time will be extended for an additional week. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with all solicitation requirements no later than 4:00pm EST on 28 April 2025. Proposals received after this deadline will be excluded from consideration.
