Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for Jonesboro Public Schools, will receive bids for trade packages for the Jonesboro High School Plaza, located in Jonesboro, AR.
Sealed bids will be received at the Construction Manager’s office (Ramsons, Inc./3111 Dan Ave/Jonesboro, AR) until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 27th, and shall be submitted to Ramsons in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids will be received, opened publicly, read aloud and then placed under review. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.
Bids will be received for the following trade packages:
Bid Package #1: Sitework
Bid Package #2: Landscaping
Bid Package #3: Concrete
Bid Package #4: Masonry and Pavers
Bid Package #5: Electrical
Bid Package #6: General Construction

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Ramsons, Inc. and the Jonesboro School District encourage all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
