Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Software Products for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Rexel USA Inc for the provision of Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Software products including supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) products, such as Variable Frequency Drive, Programmable Logic Controllers, Motor Soft Starts, PanelView Human Machine Interface, Rockwell Software products, and all parts and accessories.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Rockwell Automation, dated October 18, 2024, Rexel USA Inc is the only distributor authorized by Rockwell Automation to sell Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Software products, along with related services including technical support and training, for Sarasota County.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
