TO ALL BIDDERS OF RECORD:

This Addendum consists of 1 page.

Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by entering its number and date on the Proposal Form. This Addendum forms

a part of the Contract Documents and modifies them as follows:

ITEMS:

1. Resizing and replacing backup generators to a whole house generator is also included in the scope of work.

The Vet’s Home currently has 4 generators with various fuels sources.

2. Pre-Bid Sign in Sheet is attached.

PRE-BID MEETING NOTES:

3. An engineer or architect can lead the team. Take note of the requirements of the lead in the standard contract

including taking and distributing meeting minutes and transferring as-builts to CAD at the end of the job.

4. The Vet’s Home is 24/7 facility. System redundancy is a requirement.

5. Removal of existing decommissioned or abandoned equipment, piping, and wiring should be included as part

of the project.

6. There is no reason for the project schedule, the dates are estimates. This project is fully funded through

construction, meaning the schedule can move as quickly as you can.
