ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed bids for construction of the 2026 ADA Improvements, addressed to
the City of Troutdale, 219 E. Historic Columbia River Highway, Troutdale, OR 97060-2099, telephone: (503)
665-5175, will be received by the City Recorder, Sarah Skroch, until 2:00 p.m. local time on the 12th day of
May, 2026. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
BID OPENING: The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 p.m. local time on the 12th
day of May, 2026 in the Kellogg Room at the Multnomah County's Sheriff office located at 234 SW Kendall
Court, Troutdale, OR 97060-2099. The bid opening will be open to the public and can be viewed live using

WORK TO BE DONE: The work to be done consists of:
* Design of 15 ADA compliant curb ramp assemblies.
* Removal of 15 existing non-compliant curb ramp assemblies, sections thereof, or sidewalk and
construction of compliant ADA curb ramp assemblies.
* Installation of one 2'x 5' surface applied truncated dome panel on an existing ramp.
* ACP installation adjacent to all installed curb ramp assemblies.
* Restoration of all landscaping around the areas of work.
All work shall comply with current PROWAG and ADA standards.
All work must begin no earlier than July 1st, 2026 and be completed within 75 calendar days from
the date of the Notice to Proceed. All work in Work Zone 1 (removal and replacement of seven curb
ramp assemblies and installation of one surface applied truncated dome panel) must be completed no
later than July 31st, 2026.
PREVAILING WAGE: This is a contract for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
