MHMR is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) consulting services. The selected consultant will assist in evaluating, developing, and implementing accessibility compliance strategies for facilities, programs, services, and/or digital assets in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
The purpose of this RFP is to retain an experienced ADA Consultant to:
a. Conduct accessibility assessments
b. Identify compliance deficiencies
c. Recommend corrective actions
d. Support ADA compliance planning
e. Provide technical guidance and training
