Zoo Concession and Food Vendor Services

The City of Attleboro hereby invites sealed bids in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, §§ 5 for a Food Vendor to Operate the Capron Park Zoo Concessions Stand and/or Provide and Operate a Private Food Truck on Zoo Property from qualified food vendors interested in the supply and management of Capron Park Zoo Concessions stand and/or provide and operate a private food truck at Capron Park, 201 County Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.

The Invitation For Bid can be downloaded from the City's website @ http://www.cityofattleboro.us/Bids.aspx or in person at Attleboro City Hall, Brooke Knight Purchasing, 77 Park St Attleboro MA 02703 where bids are also due.

Sealed bids will be accepted at Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Department 2nd fl, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts, until Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

The City of Attleboro may award one food vendor from a responsive and responsible offeror so as to allow the successful vendor to sell food and beverages at/in Capron Park Zoo at the concession stand and/or from a privately owned food truck.

Capron Park Zoo, located in Capron Park, 201 County Street, Attleboro MA has a concession stand in operation, seven days per week, 11am to 3:30pm, from May 25, 2026 to and through Labor Day September 7, 2026, providing food and beverages to zoo and park visitors.

Vendors may supply, manage, and sell concessions from the concession stand and/or from a privately owned food truck onsite.   Vendors will be required to operate every day from May 25 to and through September 7, and have the option to continue operations thereafter on weekends up to and through Columbus Day, Oct. 12, 2026.

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
