Street, Tifton, GA to receive public comments on the following zoning applications:
PP25-0042 – Rezoning Application submitted by McRae Construction Management, on behalf of TWT 1-75 Fulwood, LLC Requesting to Rezone 17.74 Acres located at 2821 Fulwood Road, Tifton, GA from R-20 Single-Family Residential to R-14 Single-Family Residential to allow for future residential development at a reduced minimum lot size. (Map & Parcel T025 007)
PP25-0044 – Rezoning Application submitted by Lucille Coleman, for property currently owned by Cromer Outreach Center, LLC Requesting to Rezone the entire parcel located at 18 Tifton Eldorado Road, Tifton, GA from R-8 Residential/M-R Residential to M-R Multiple Residential to allow a daycare to operate at the location. (Map & Parcel T058 085)
The above zoning applications will also be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Tifton Municipal Courtroom, 130 E. 5

Pursuant to O.C.G.A.§36-67A-3 any opponent of a proposed rezoning action who has made campaign contributions aggregating $250.00 or more to a local government official of the local government which shall consider the application within two (2) years of the date of application shall be required to file a disclosure with the governing authority of the respective local government showing: (1) The name and official position of the local government official to whom campaign contributions were made. (2) The dollar amount and description of each campaign contribution made by the opponent to the local government official during the five (5) years immediately preceding the filing of the application for the proposed rezoning action and the date of each contribution. Such disclosure shall be required to be filed at least five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled hearing.
