NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - ZONING CODE REWRITE PROJECT

Town of Chino Valley, AZ

DESCRIPTION: The Town of Chino Valley is soliciting the services of qualified teams to perform consulting services for a complete rewrite of the Town’s existing Uniform Development Ordinance, returning it to a Zoning Code and a Subdivision Code.  No work is being requested on the Subdivision Code other than separating it from the Zoning Code.  Specific requirements are outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation documents will be available on the Town’s website at https:// www.chinoaz.net/Bids.aspx beginning Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 7:00 a.m.
