Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 21th day of November 2024 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 2. West Lafayette Campus – ZL3 High Pressure Research Lab Roof Replacement, Masonry Repairs, and Painting A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 2 will be held on October 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in the High Pressure Research Lab (ZL3), located at 500 Allison Rd., West Lafayette IN. Please meet at the Main Entrance.
