THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0117 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332439 and the small business size standard is 600 employees.

(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options).

(vi) Zion National Park, a unit of the National Park Service is seeking Storage Containers in accordance with the attached Specifications. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around early September 2025.

(vii) Period of performance will 120 calendar days after receipt of an award. All materials shall be delivered within that time.

(viii) 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023) applies to this acquisition.

Closing Response Date: Quotes are due at 12:00 PM ED, September 3, 2025. Offers to be submitted via email. Questions are due via email by 12:00 PM ED, August 21, 2025. To be considered for award, offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code specified in this solicitation.
