Summary

The City of Victorville’s Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to provide design and construction services for a zeroscape landscape upgrade within Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 1 (LMAD 1). This project involves replacing existing ornamental turf and vegetation with sustainable, drought-tolerant landscaping to reduce water usage, improve long-term maintenance efficiency, and enhance the overall aesthetic of the public right-of-way along Bear Valley Road.
