1. INVITATION

The Village of Young invites quotations from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of one (1) new 60-inch commercial grade zero-turn gas powered mower.

Submissions received after the closing date may not be considered.

2. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

The successful supplier shall provide:

One (1) new commercial grade zero-turn mower
Complete assembly and pre-delivery inspection
Operator manuals and warranty documentation
Delivery to Village facilities
Initial operational orientation upon delivery

3. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

The mower supplied shall meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:

Commercial grade zero-turn riding mower
Gasoline powered
Current model year
New and unused condition

Engine

Minimum 24 HP commercial engine
Twin-cylinder
Electric start
Commercial-duty air filtration system
Minimum 10-gallon fuel tank

Mower Deck

60-inch fabricated steel deck
Minimum 7-gauge steel construction
Side discharge
Adjustable cutting height
Anti-scalp wheels

Drive System

Dual hydrostatic transmissions
Commercial-grade drive system
Minimum forward speed of 10 mph

Construction

Heavy-duty welded steel frame
Commercial-grade caster wheels
High-back suspension seat preferred
Foldable rollover protection system (ROPS) preferred
