Procurement Summary:
The NWSA is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing air quality and sustainability planning support to develop zero-emission transition plans at two Port terminals in the Tacoma Harbor, Washington United Terminal (WUT) and East Blair One Terminal (EB-1). Firms will also provide shovel-ready infrastructure design (i.e. full engineering design) to support near-term zero-emissions fleet deployment at the East Blair One Terminal. The NWSA anticipates awarding one (1) or more contract(s). The period of performance of the contract is three (3) years from the execution of the contract. The contract will not exceed a total of $696,000.00 plus any applicable Washington State Tax (WST). Currently, funding for these projects are included under an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Clean Ports Program Planning grant. Grant funds must be expended December 31, 2027.
