Project Description: The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (‘AC Transit’ or the ‘District’) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to receive proposals by August 29th, 2025 at 2:00pm Pacific Time, via the District’s Procurement Portal (www.actransit.org/bids), from qualified firms to provide the design and implementation services for AC Transit’s flagship zero emission bus (ZEB) university program, as set out in Exhibit 1-A (Scope of Services). The District invites proposals in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in this RFP attached below.
