The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (rabbittransit), dba rabbittransit is requesting Quotes for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive Quotes related to costs necessary for the addition of one (1) interior wooden doorway with appropriate framing, one (1) interior storefront, one exterior, steel door, an air curtain within a vestibule, and a transom added to a vestibule at the Zarfoss building, York, PA. The organization serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York Counties. This solicitation involves the York location only.
All quotes and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the rabbittransit.
All costs incurred by those who wish to submit quotes in the development of their quotes in responding to this RFQ are the sole responsibility of those submitting quotes. No such costs will be reimbursed by rabbittransit. Furthermore, those who submit quotes must not include such costs as part of their costs to perform any work described in this RFQ.

rabbittransit hereby notifies all Quoting Firms that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this RFQ advertisement or solicitation, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE’s) will be afforded
full opportunity to submit quotes in response and will not be subjected to discrimination on
the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award. The Authority
reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any informality in the RFQ process as the Authorities deem in any of its own best interest. Quotes received after the specified closing time will be considered late quotes and will not be evaluated for award. Misdirected submittals will not be accepted.
