The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition. Project Description (Scope); The primary objective of the project is to provide
Winston Monument Structure Repair. Contractor shall complete the following tasks to address and resolve the condition issues of the monument. All work will comply with the Secretary of the Interior¿s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, in accordance with the Statement of Work.
This requirement involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation and other attachments as required. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.

The solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) and its attachments will be issued electronically. Anticipated publish date: On or about 31 March 2025. The solicitation documents will be posted to SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
Site Visit; Only one site visit will be offered for this opportunity, and the information shall be listed in the formal solicitation when it is published to SAM.gov.
