Permanent Contact Station and Corrective Draining Features for Old Rag Parking Area at Shenandoah National Park

The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Permanent Contact Station and Corrective Draining Features for Old Rag Parking Area project at Shenandoah National Park, VA.
Work will consist of installation of permanent fee collection booth, the repair and paving of the parking area, and the installation of a vault toilet.

This project is set-aside 100% for Total Small Business.
SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for this project. See the resulting solicitation Section L, Provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) for site visit information. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project.
PUBLICZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued and available Jun/Jul 2025 to SAM.gov. The Contracting Officer will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, a bidder must have a UEI number. Also, the bidder must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed their online Representations and Certifications before the time of solicitation close.
