The purpose of this Amendment no. 01 is to provide all interested parties a revised version of the solicitation Terms Clauses Provisions.
REVISED ATTACHMENT 1: The Terms Clauses Provisions Attachment 1 has been revised. Changes were made to Section VI (updated List of Attachments) and Section VII (Solicitation Provisions Items (E) and (F)). Section VII (E) was changed to remove the California Contractor License from being listed in this section and instead relocated it into VII (F) as evaluation factor, the phrase "pass/fail" was removed and the evaluation factor is explained differently. The revised attachment is titled as "Amendment 1 Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions" dated 8/20/26.
Solicitation response date has not changed. Quotes are due by 3pm PDT on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, emailed to Phaedra_Fuller@ios.doi.gov.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
