Place of Performance:
Project Description: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the rehabilitation of the hot water and air system serving the History Museum (South Exhibit Building) and the hot water system at the Locomotive shop at Steamtown National Historic Site. This project will replace the boilers, vents, piping, and propane tanks (for History Museum). New hot water pumps will be provided along with some modifications to the hot water systems. Distribution systems within building will be retained. A new air-handling unit shall be provided for the History Museum with updates to the piping and ductwork connections. Update to the BAS monitors and controls shall be provided.******
Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.******
