National Park Service (NPS) Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO) is issuing combined sol/synopsis for a requirement to rehabilitate Interior Flooring Components of Bandy Creek Visitor Center and Interpretation/Education Buildings. Work to include sand and refinish approximately 4,700 square feet of hardwood flooring across both facilities.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price

100% small business set-aside procurement.

The NAICS code is 238330 Flooring Contractors $19M

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 - $50,000.
Period of Performance 5/19/2025 to 7/18/2025
