Description
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). There is no solicitation document available. This is a Notice of Intent of the National Park Service, Interior Region 1, Philadelphia Major Acquisition Buying Office (PA MABO) to issue a contract using 8(a) Sole Source procedures to Terra Site Constructors, LLC, UEI: YDP7CA3MR5V8 for the repair, rehabilitation and protection of Historic Dudley Digges House at Colonial National Historic Park, Historic Dudley Digges House. The NAICS Code is 236220, with a small business standard size of $45 million. In accordance with FAR subpart 19.8, the Small Business Administration (SBA) District Office of Richmond, VA has authorized the PA MABO to negotiate directly with Terra Site Constructors LLC for an 8(a) Sole Source award (SBA Requirement Number is NR1751312077O).
