NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Preferred Tank & Tower Maintenance Division, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
Urgent request to repair the elevated water tank at Wingate Elementary School.
The anticipated delivery is May 31, 2025.
