The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Yearout Mechanical, LLC/dba Welch’s Boiler Services, LLC, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source.
