Place of Performance:
The National Park Service, ConOps West, Replace Existing Roof at HQ-5 and HQ-13/15 at Haleakala National Park (HALE), Hawaii 140P8225B0006
Scope of Work:
The Work consists of Replacing the Roof at HQ-5 and HQ-13/15: The purpose of this project is the in-kind replacement and restoration of approximately 3,500 square feet of corrugated metal
roof. The proposed work will include inspection and documentation of existing roof component conditions; removal of existing corrugated metal roof; removal of defective sheathing; installation of new sheathing; installation of new roofing underlayment; in-kind (match as closely as possible to the original appearance) replacement of roof and associated work.
The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with a size standard of $45M. this acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.
The project magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000.
Place of performance will be Haleakala National Park (HALE), Hawaii.
The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about 8 Aug, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
