The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a vendor to conduct a 1-year evaluation of DYCD’s WIOA programming, which encompasses both our Train & Earn and Learn & Earn programs. The vendor would be expected to collaborate with DYCD staff to plan and execute evaluation projects addressing the following aims:
1) assess the implementation of the new Train & Earn and Learn & Earn program designs across sites, 2) assess how local context affects implementation, 3) and gather the experiences and feedback of participants in the program. Insights from this evaluation will be used to evaluate current program models, inform future program implementation and design efforts, and help determine the types of resources needed to promote quality programming. {PO202600202}
