Description of purpose work nature and volume:
The chosen contractor shall provide complete construction services including labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the Replace FTD Fuel Dispenser project for the Cincinnati VAMC. This project requires a fuel pump replacement at the Fort Thomas Kentucky location (1000 S Ft Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075.

The above construction Statement Of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specification be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.
Period of Performance:
All phases of work, including project closeout documentation, to be completed & provided within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP).
The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000;

All work to be performed, according to the drawings and specifications at the:
Cincinnati VA Medical Center

Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2637
Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance;
The Invitation for Bids (IFB) should be posted on/about 05-14-2026 and the Bid Opening should be within 30-45 days thereafter.
Plans will be available for inspection without charge:
The specification and drawings will be available electronically with the IFB when released.
Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted:
There will be no physical copies provided.
Set-Aside:
This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns.
