The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, California-Great Basin Region, intends to award a sole source purchase order to L&S Electric Inc. for the upgrade of digital governor Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) at the Shasta Powerplant. This upgrade will apply to five generator units and two service units. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition.
