Amendment 0002 extends the proposal due date to the date and time noted on Block 11 of the SF30 and adds VAAR clause 852-222-71 to the solicitation to comply with recent executive orders.

Amendment 0001 is to attach the site visit sign in sheet only for the site visit that took place.

Description: Relocate and Renovate Urology Clinic at the Sacramento VA Medical Center, Mather, CA. The Department of Veterans Affairs VA is seeking vendors who can provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, administrative support, and any necessary professional engineering services required to completely prepare a site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures. All work is outlined in the Statement of Work SOW, Drawings, and Specifications for this renovation of the Urology Clinic project.
