Place of Performance:
The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following:
The site visit location is Building 4 FMS Shop, 1601 E Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver WA, 98661. Vendors can park in Lot 6. Pre-registration for the sight visit is not required. There will be a sign in sheet for all attendees to record attendance.
Attachment 1, RFP Questions 4 24 25 includes new questions/answers 29-31.
I.25 VAAR Provision 852.219-75, VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION (NOV 2022) is replaced with VAAR Provision 852.219-75, VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION (JAN 2023)(DEVIATION). The updated clause is included as attachment 2 to this amendment.
