1. Provide a copy of the site-visit sign-in sheet from the site-visit conducted on July 18, 2025.
2. Correct the Period of Performance identified in the following locations within the solicitation to reflect 197 Calendar Days (In order to align with the Statement of Work):

I received the notice below, that Cooling Tower Fans @ Lovell FHCC is been released as a solicitation as of today, when I was watching this Pre-solicitation, it stated it was for NAICS code 236220 (see attached screenshot of sam.gov). Then when I downloaded all the 5 documents for this solicitation, the actual solicitation (also attached_word document) is stating it is for NIACS code 238220, can you please clarify what NAICS code this is actually for? Please advise!!
