Place of Performance:
All outdoor waste dumpsters/receptacles must be covered during the whole duration of the project to comply with Fort Wayne Code of Ordinances, Chapters 53, Sec. 53.41.
All waste manifests, receipts, or documentation are forwarded to the COR. (Construction Debris, hazardous waste, etc.)
The UST sensor, which is the yellow wire in the photo below, shall be replaced during this project.
Answers to RFIs
1. When can the generator for Building 1 be out of service and for what duration?
A: A temporary fuel tank will be required to serve the generator while work is taking place.
2. Are there any specifications on the new containment equipment?
A: Yes the contractor must follow all VA tank Specifications as well as state, local, and any other regulatory agency requirements.
3. What is the depth of the existing containment pit?
A: It is at minimum 8 inches deep but it was further below the ground in other areas. Exact depth is unknown.
4. Can utility drawings be provided for that area ?
A: Yes. Please see attached. ATTACHMENTS
