Description
The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, miscellaneous materials, equipment, and supervision as specified in drawings and specifications to complete the renovation of the station that includes the following tasks:
Relocating sewer pump controls out of the pit and into a building mechanical room
Replacement of two sewer pumps and their corresponding floats
Thorough wash down of the sump pit and equipment
As necessary, replacement of any infrastructure that is corroded or in disrepair, including Unistrut or access door struts.
