PRESOLICITATION NOTICE- A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 12, 2026.
The Amarillo Veteran Affairs Health Care System (AVAHCS), Thomas E. Creek VAMC, currently has a requirement to Replace and Correct Building 46 Roof, Project 504-26-116. The Thomas E. Creek VAMC is located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX 79106.

This project involves providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction of project 504-26-116, which encompasses the replacement and correction of the roofs on buildings 46 and 34. This includes the demolition and installation of all materials and components related to these roofs. Specifically, the project aims to replace and correct the pitched roof on Building 34, as well as the flat and pitched roofs on Building 46. All work must be performed in accordance with the architectural and engineering (AE) specifications and drawings provided. All required project work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided, which is located at the Thomas E. Creek VAMC, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX. 79106.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 Roofing contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.

This project will be 100% competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be procured through a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Failure to be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED on SBA prior to submission of the offer, will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive.
