I. The following changes are to be made to the solicitation:
1. VA will provide a second organized pre-bid site visit scheduled for Monday, August 11, 2025 at 11:00am (local time). Interested parties shall meet at the Jesse Brown VAMC Ogden Entrance (Hospital main entrance). Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
2. There is no sign-in sheet to post for the first organized site visit which was scheduled for August 1, 2025 at 10:00am (No attendees)
3. The Request For Information (RFI) / Questions Period is Hereby extended. Please submit RFI s / questions via email to the Contracting Officer at Stacy.Hoover2@va.gov and Ryan.McMillin@va.gov by end of business on August 14, 2025.
4. VA responses to RFI s received to date are provided below.

1. Bidders are reminded to submit the completed VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on subcontracting-Certificate of compliance for services and construction (NOV 2022) (Solicitation attachment 1) as part of their bid package. If this document is not completed and included with the bid package, the contractor will not be eligible for award.
