Remove and Replace fencing Alpha Courtyard Erie VAMC
The Erie VA Medical Center has a requirement to work both interior and exterior and requires partial modification of the existing aluminum storefront and aluminum entrance and demolition of the existing CLC courtyard steel fence with installation of new steel fence. There are 21 Concrete piers that may or may not need replacement.
The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor and materials to perform all work in connection with the project. The site for the Project is the Erie VA Medical Center, 135 E 38th St Erie Pa 16504 All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the SOW provided.
This requirement is a Request for Quote and is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Additionally, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The period of performance of is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation documents, including scope of work, will be available electronically on or about April 29, 2025, at Https://Beta.SAM.gov. Recommend interested vendors search for solicitation 36C24425Q00573 to access solicitation documents and any amendments. Offers are advised to check the website frequently, as they are responsible for obtaining amendments. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is Z1DA Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries . A pre-proposal conference and site visit for the project will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation.
Prior to award the selected firm must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov (visit www.sam.gov to complete your registration) and must also be registered in VetBiz Registry in order to be eligible for contract award (visit www.vip.vetbiz.gov to complete your company registration). To be considered for award all prospective contractors shall be in compliance with VAAR 819.7003 and be verified for eligibility in the VIP database at www.vetbiz.gov, on the date and time proposals are due.
