Amendment 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to change the submission date from May 15, 2026 @ 1:00 PM CST to Friday, June 5, 2026 @ 1:00 PM CST.



Amendment 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change the start time for the site visit. Official start time will be changed from Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM (CST) to Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CST). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST.

Location: Contractors should meet at Bldg. 5, as Site Visit will begin in Bldg. 5 Conference Room and will walk to Bldg. 18
