National Park Service (NPS) Cape Hatteras National Seashore (CAHA) is issuing combined sol/synopsis for a requirement to Replace existing asphalt shingle roof with new asphalt roofing systems on the housing unit located at Fort Raleigh National Historic Site 1441 Pear Pad Rd., Manteo, NC 27954.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 - $50,000.
