REMOVE/REPLACE ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF AND GUTTERS ON ROCKY KNOB MAINTENANCE YARD BUILDINGS: Replacement of approximately 14, 194 -SF of asphalt architectural 30-year shingles and #30 underlayment, repair/replace damaged plywood sheeting, replace flashing around chimney(s), replace drip edge, install roof underlayment, installation of a ridge vent(s) along the length of the buildings, the removal and replacement of approximately. 984-LF of gutter with downspouts and installation of approximately 984-LF of gutter guards on buildings at Rocky Knob Maintenance Area.

This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.

The NAICS code is 238160 ¿ Roofing Contractors. and the size standard is $16.5 million.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated
(b) Between $100,00 and $250,000.

The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about January 17, 2024 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM by January 17, 2024, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.

All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://
www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered.
