BLM-CO TRFO CANM LAKEVIEW INTERN HOUSING

Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for BLM-CO TRFO CANM LAKEVIEW INTERN HOUSING.

The work includes, but is not limited to; site grading, earthwork, parking lot construction, road maintenance, boulder placement, wire fencing, renovation of an existing 2,230 sq.ft., Type VB single-family residential structure to a code-compliant congregate living residential facility. Includes the conversion of the existing unconditioned garage space to new conditioned space, which will house two new bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry, and mechanical/electrical room. Other improvements to the building include a fire sprinkler system, fire alarm and detection system, renovated/re-configured kitchen, new exterior cladding, and other various cosmetic improvements. and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Award is anticipated to be set aside for an ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise).

Period of Performance will be completed 270 days after the Notice to Proceed.

The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 236118, (Residential Remodelers), size standard is $45 million.
