The City of Spokane, through its Parks and Recreation Department is initiating this Informal Request for Proposals (IRFP) to solicit Proposals for a Youth Sports Programs Provider.
Proposals must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
