The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals and related items necessary to provide a variety of Home, Health, and Beauty instructional and enrichment programs for youth in grades K â 12 at various times throughout the year. Examples of expected programs include, but are not limited to, cooking with smallware appliances, hair braiding, and self-care.
