Youth-Focused Substance Use Prevention Services-Friday Night Live Partnership

The County of Orange, Health Care Agency (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) to deliver Youth-Focused Substance Use Prevention Services- Friday Night Live Partnership. The primary goals of this program are to assist HCA in achieving its long-term goals of reducing underage drinking, reducing prescription drug abuse, and decreasing cannabis/marijuana use among youth . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
