Notes	The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the purchase of 25-26 Basketball Season, Youth Basketball Uniforms. Approximate lead times for each item must be stated. Bids should include all shipping costs and associated charges to be shipped F.O.B. Destination. It is preferred to receive samples of items if available. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. All samples provided must be sent to Attention Purchasing Office, 700 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, and received by Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern time. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
