In accordance with specifications herein, it is the intent of Pinellas County to establish a contract for Janitorial Services for the STAR Center facility, as and when required. The STAR Center facility is a unique County facility requiring janitorial service in common areas only. Tenants are responsible for janitorial services in their leased space. Janitorial services represent a significant resource for managing and maintaining a quality indoor environment.
